Moebius is a special-machine engineering firm for the concrete industry: we take the project from concept to validated prototype (mechanical design, mechatronics, industrial automation), factoring in the sector's constraints from day one: cycle times, abrasion, washdown, cost price. French R&D tax credit requirements are built in from the scoping stage to secure your funding. One clarification, because the word is ambiguous: we do not size reinforced-concrete structures. We design the machines that produce, batch, convey and transform concrete.

Every project starts with a technical scoping phase (functional analysis, constraints, measurable targets). Then 3D CAD, FEA simulation for tight sizing, then automation and prototyping. Testing lets us iterate fast before industrialization. Commissioning happens on your site, with your teams: we stay until the machine holds its cycle times.

What we design
Special machines & prototypes
Dosing equipment, handling systems, dosing hoppers, demoulding tooling: designing special machines for the concrete industry is our core business. From functional analysis to a prototype tested in real conditions, like the Mœbius One Add-On, designed and patented in-house.
Automation, hydraulics & electrical engineering
Multi-brand industrial automation (Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley), power hydraulics, control and power electrical cabinets built to European standards. We also upgrade existing installations: batching plant or precast line retrofit, planned to avoid long production stops.
Beyond concrete
The same technical building blocks (dosing, conveying, automation) serve quarries and recycling or construction-waste treatment equipment. We review those projects case by case.
