The engineering firm specialized in the concrete industry

An engineering team led by Victor Leroux, founder of Moebius, with Harold Huchon and Adrien Bruneteau. The skills cover mechanical design on SolidWorks, industrial automation, hydraulics, pneumatics and the management of industrial investment projects. Each of us has hands-on experience of precast plants and batching plants: the machines we design, we also adjust and commission on site. That continuity, from the 3D model to the machine running in production, is the firm's trademark. Born in 2020 within the FEHR group's Startup Studio, the team has kept that industrial reflex: designing machines for the plant, its cycle times and its maintenance, not drawings that stay at the office.

Because a generalist engineering firm rediscovers the sector on every project. By working only for the concrete industry since 2020, we know precast processes, abrasion and washdown constraints, the real cycle times of plants, and the suppliers who deliver on schedule. The time we don't spend learning, you don't pay for. That focus also changes the nature of the conversation: with your production teams we talk mixing times, wear and machine availability, not just drawings and specifications. And it lets us arbitrate honestly between modernising an existing installation and investing in a new machine, because we have seen both options age on the shop floor. The scope remains broad within the sector: special machines, automation, electrical cabinets, technical files and capex management.

The engineering office is in Reichshoffen, Alsace, at the heart of an industrial region where mechanics and concrete share a long history. This is where our machines take shape, close to the workshops and plants: we go from drawing to test without heavy logistics, and Reichshoffen is also where the Mœbius One is built and is running its test campaign. An R&D office near Paris completes the setup. We work across France, Switzerland and Belgium: scoping and design reviews are handled remotely, and we travel on site for surveys, tests and commissioning. Travelling is part of the job: a machine is fine-tuned in its plant, not from a desk.
