Complete mechanical and electrical design of a 24/7 autonomous batching plant: multi-storey structure, batching of aggregates, admixtures, fibres and pigments, electrical cabinets and full schematics. Production capacity up to 90 m³/h depending on configuration, operated with no on-site staff from ordering to production. Cost-price optimisation, welded-assembly manufacturing file, production logbook and maintenance manuals.
Design and series supply of a pre-wired control cabinet and custom radio remote for the Vario truck-mounted concrete pump. A single point of contact replacing three specialised suppliers (automation, radio remote, cabinet wiring), with an assembly fully redesigned for easier production and maintenance. Three units delivered to date.
Technical and economic coordination of an industrial capex project on a precast double-wall (prémur) production process. Scoping of specifications and budgets, solution roll-out hand in hand with in-house teams and equipment suppliers. Technical feasibility checks and weekly schedule tracking through to commissioning of the precast line.
Design and integration of a production monitoring system for a recycled-plastic concrete slab extrusion line: in-house touchscreen HMI, cycle parameter management and automatic data consolidation for quality reporting. A first system delivered in 2025, praised by the client for faster, more efficient production; a second one being delivered.
FOGOTechnical feasibility study and business plan for FOGO's first factory of ultra-high-performance fibre concrete radiators. Mœbius structured the industrial process (automated assembly line, graphene deposition, quality control), set the target production rate and developed the concrete batching equipment adapted to UHPC.
