You have an industrial investment to manage but not the internal bandwidth to follow it day to day. We provide an outsourced project manager, experienced in concrete industry projects: hands-on owner's engineering support that carries coordination, trade-offs, reporting and commissioning for you. You keep the decisions, we carry the operations: from specifications to acceptance, as on the precast double-wall production process we coordinate for an industrial group (scoping, budgets, weekly schedule tracking).

Moebius holds the CIR approval for 2025, 2026 and 2027. When your project includes R&D work entrusted to us (designing new equipment, resolving technical unknowns, testing), those expenses qualify for your French R&D tax credit, with up to 30% recovered, and no approval file to build on your side. And because a CIR claim stands on its written records, we also support our clients in tracking and writing up their eligible work: state of the art, formalisation of technical uncertainties, test evidence. Support we already provide to an international concrete industry group. Pure project management (coordination, schedule, budget) is not eligible: we help you draw that line properly.
